Most hair orders need 2-15 days to make,then add 3-5 business days shipping. NO STOCK!
If you need hair fastly,we have some hair in stock,can ship now once you paid.Please check our HAIR STOCK
Check the product description(shipping time) ,different hair products have different time.
We dont accept Rush Orders(like you need hair tomorrow or in 2-4 days),if you need hair ship fast,whatsapp us to ask time.
Normally it will take 2-15 business days to process your order ( if your order needs to be customized, it might takes longer time to process), regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. We ship Monday through Saturday.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order shipped out. Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.
Normally, we send out your order out by FedEx or DHL.
Most orders will be received in 2-5 business days, such USA, Europe, Canada. On very rare occasions, international shipping to some countries may take 5-10 days or even longer for some slow-to-ship countries such as Brazil, Mexico, and Romania. We are not responsible for any delays caused by the destination country's customs clearance processes.
Territories of the United States: For those who reside in a territory of the United States that we ship to, yourplease allow anywhere between 2-3 business days for your order to reach destination.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want every customer to be satisfied with their order. Please carefully review our return and refund policy before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the hair has not been used, installed, washed, colored, cut, brushed excessively, or otherwise altered.
The hair must be returned in its original condition and packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality-control reasons, we cannot accept returns for hair that has been:
* Installed or worn
* Washed or chemically treated
* Dyed, bleached, toned, or permed
* Cut or customized
* Altered in any way
* Damaged due to improper handling or care
Wave or curly hair(body wave/natural wave/curly...)
Customized or personalized orders are also non-refundable, unless the issue is caused by an error on our side.
3. Quality Issues
If you believe there is a quality issue with your hair, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please provide:
* Your order number
* Clear photos or videos showing the issue
* A brief description of the problem
Our team will review the case and may request additional information to determine the appropriate solution.
4. Wrong or Damaged Items
If you receive the wrong product, wrong color/length, or an item damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos or videos of the package and products.
After verification, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund, depending on the situation.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Original shipping costs are generally non-refundable, unless the return is caused by an error on our side or a confirmed product defect.
6. Return Shipping
If the return is due to a customer preference, incorrect selection, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to an incorrect item or confirmed quality issue caused by us, we will discuss the appropriate shipping solution with the customer.
7. Important Notice
Hair extensions are a natural hair product, and slight variations in color, texture, density, and wave pattern may occur. These natural variations are not necessarily considered defects.
About hair colors,pls choose our website colors Carefully.Every company have different colors. Pls dont use the hair color that you have bought from other companies before to buy, the hair color of our website no big color difference, you can rest assured to buy.If you are not sure what hair color to choose, please contact us for consultation, and we will help you choose the right hair color.
Please contact us before returning any product. Do not send products back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
