Prepare your supplies: You will need a new set of tape-in extensions, hair extension tape, and alcohol to clean the existing tapes on the hair extensions.
Clean the tapes: Use alcohol to clean the existing tapes on the hair extensions to remove any oils or residue. This will ensure that the new tape will stick properly.
Cut the tapes: Cut the new tape into pieces that are slightly smaller than the existing tapes. Make sure that the tapes are cut straight and are the same size.
Apply the new tape: Peel off the backing from the new tape and place it onto the existing tape. Make sure that the tape is positioned properly and that the edges of the new tape are sticking out slightly from the existing tape.
Repeat the process: Repeat the process with the other tapes on the hair extensions, making sure that they are spaced evenly and that the tapes are facing in the same direction.
Trim the tapes: Trim the edges of the new tape so that they are even and do not stick out from the existing tapes.
Style the hair: Style the hair as desired and enjoy your newly re-taped tape-in extensions.
